The business case

Why Najma needs you

The storyNajma Group is a fictional 155-person B2B wholesaler and distributor in Doha. Bayt Living is its largest customer, with seven stores.
The problemRepeated replenishment and delivery issues create customer-service pressure and need evidence across Operations, Finance, Procurement, HR and Sales.
The solutionYou build a department agent, connect colleague agents into a cross-company recovery workflow, then create a reusable customer briefing skill.
The methodUse only Najma's data sources, switch Google Search off, cite record IDs, separate confirmed facts from claims, and never invent missing facts.
How it works

Pro or Expert, your choice each wave

  1. Enter with your first name and the participant code on your login card.
  2. Choose your level for each wave: Pro (about 20 minutes) or Expert (about 30, all Pro boxes plus the Expert boxes).
  3. Build in Gemini Enterprise and tick each box when your result shows it. Stuck? Open a hint, or raise your hand.
  4. Finish the wave and a supervisor checks your screen against your checklist.

Golden rules

Five habits that pass checklists

1

Start a new chat for each task. Long chats start inventing details.

2

Switch Google Search off so answers come only from Najma's data.

3

One change per message, and don't type while it is working. Answers take 1–4 minutes.

4

Check the record IDs. Ask for them, then spot-check one.

5

Fictional data only. Never type or upload real company, customer or personal information.

?

Need help?Stuck for two minutes? Raise your hand. Also raise it when you finish a wave, so a supervisor can check your screen.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is any of this real?

No. Najma Group, Bayt Living, every person and every record are invented for training. Never enter real information.

What does this site record?

Your first name, your participant code, the boxes you tick, the hints you open and when you start and finish each wave. It never reads your Gemini chats.

Can I start Wave 2 early?

No. Everyone starts each wave together; the organisers open it. Your work is kept when a new wave opens.

Does ticking a box mean I passed?

Ticking tracks your progress. A supervisor checks your screen and marks the wave Pass or Needs attention.

Do hints cost points?

No. Hints are logged so the organisers know where people get stuck, but they never reduce your score.

Ready when the first wave opens
